Our services
include routine prenatal care, *routine lab
work, normal intrapartum care, home and office postpartum appointments with 6
weeks of postpartum care for you and your baby with lactation support.
* Routine Lab work Includes:
RH+
Mothers Urinalysis screen at
every visit, One (1) OB Profile (ABO,
antibody screen, CBC, Rubella,
RPR), Two (2) Hgb
analysis, GBS screen.
RH- Mothers
Urinalysis screen at every visit, One
(1) OB Profile (ABO, antibody screen,
CBC, Rubella,
RPR),
Two (2) antibody screens,Two(2)Hgb
analysis, GBS screen.
RhoGam
injections are extra, price determined
by availability.
All fees are due by the 36th
week of pregnancy as calculated by us.

for additional lab fee)

Birth Center Facility Fee
We require an initial,
non-refundable deposit when you contract
with us as your maternity care provider
and before we can begin your care. The
amount of this deposit will vary
according to when you take on midwifery
care. If your care begins:
In
your 1st trimester (up to 12

your 2nd trimester (13-27
weeks)__________ $750
In
your 3rd trimester (28 weeks
or beyond)_____$1000
